JAMMU: The Motor Vehicle Department today issued a circular restricting use of unauthorized stickers, posters or banners on vehicles. “The stakeholders are hereby informed that no unauthorized stickers, posters, or banners except fitment of Reflectors (as per Rule 104 of CMVR) shall be allowed on vehicles. Besides all unauthorized decals, stickers, masking and posters which are pasted on vehicles shall be removed within 21 days from the issuance of this circular, failing which special enforcement drives shall be launched to ensure strict adherence to the set guidelines” a circular issued by the Transport Commissioner stated.
