JAMMU: Minister for Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Javed Ahmad Dar, today informed the House that 69 waste segregation sheds have been constructed in Langate Constituency with a total cost of Rs. 2.17 crore under the Swachh Bharat Mission.

He was responding to a question raised by Sheikh Khursheed Ahmad, who sought details on waste segregation sheds being constructed under the mission, with special reference to Langate Constituency. The Minister further stated that, of these 69 sheds, only four are located near the water bodies.
