Ld. Advocates and litigants who desire to get their criminal compoundable cases settled through the Lok-Adalat process are informed to approach the concerned courts or District Legal Services Authority, Ganderbal or TLSC Ganderbal/Kangan, for referring their aforementioned nature case to the Lok-Adalat for their amicable settlement.

Ld. Advocates and litigants have been requested to take advantage of this opportunity and get their cases settled through the Lok Adalat process. The objective of this Special Lok Adalat is to provide an opportunity for the parties to resolve their disputes amicably, without resorting to a lengthy trial.
