POONCH: The District Administration Poonch successfully organized the second phase of an orientation and training program for intending Haj pilgrims at the Auditorium Hall of SKC Degree College, Poonch. The session was presided over by Additional Deputy Commissioner Tahir Mustafa Malik. A total of 73 male and female pilgrims participated in the program, receiving comprehensive training on essential procedures for their pilgrimage. Key topics covered included boarding, lodging arrangements, immigration processes, flight protocols and five core days of Haj.
The ADC congratulated the pilgrims and extended his best wishes for their journey. He emphasized the importance of adhering to travel safety measures and basic precautions. Pilgrims were also briefed on in-flight etiquette and necessary actions during air travel. Experienced Haj trainers shared their insights and provided detailed guidance on the procedures for boarding, lodging, and immigration during the pilgrimage. The session aimed to equip pilgrims with the knowledge required for a smooth and spiritually fulfilling Haj experience.
