JAMMU: Prof. Bhim Singh, Founder of National Panthers Party and Chairperson of Indo-Palestine Friendship Society has condemned US President, Mr. Donald Trump for having a war against the Arabs and the rest of the world which has recognized the UN Resolution no.181/1947 under which UN resolved to create two states dividing Palestine through this resolution. Prof. Bhim Singh specialized on Palestinian problems who wrote the first book on the legal status of Israel in the eyes of International Law which was published by the PLO from Beirut in 1968. Prof. Bhim Singh a close friend of Palestinian Hero and the Founder of PLO, Yasir Arafat was personal friend of Prof. Bhim Singh from 1968 to 2004. Yasir Arafat was poisoned in Ram Allah and he died in a French Hospital.
Â
Prof. Bhim Singh had admired the Indian leadership, particularly the role of Mrs. Indira Gandhi to support the cause of the Palestinian movement to establish a State of Palestine. Prof. Bhim Singh today condemned the act of war against Palestine and its supporting countries against Palestine which amounts to act of aggression in the eyes of International Law by declaring (by US President) Jerusalem as capital of Israel. Prof. Bhim Singh a specialized on Palestine problem said that this act of President of United States of America amounts to direct violation of the command of Resolution 242 (1967) and Resolution 338 (1973). Jerusalem was under the watch in care of the United Nations and Israel was not authorized to raise its capital in any part of Jerusalem. The western part of Jerusalem stands illegally occupied by Israel since 1967 in spite of clearing warnings and calls by the Security Council of United Nations to vacate all territories of Palestine which Israel had illegally occupied in 1967 or before.
Prof. Bhim Singh sent a strong message to President, Mr. Donald Trump reminding US President of the tragic history that led to World War-II. President Donald Trump is leader of a nuclear weapons monopolist country and any such acts as he has initiated in the Middle-East would not forgive him for the reason that all the peace proposal built up by the United Nations cannot be washed away by one dictator or a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council.
Prof. Bhim Singh made a strong appeal to the Indian leadership and the leadership in the Non-Aligned Countries to hold a joint conference at the earliest so that Israel or any other country shall not be allowed to destroy world peace. Prof. Bhim Singh declared that Indo-Palestine Friendship Society shall be holding an International Conference in New Delhi at the earliest to oppose and expose the Zionist war designs which Israel has inherited from Hitler. Prof. Bhim Singh said that United Nations should recognize State of Palestine without any delay as was committed by the President of the USA by signing a joint document with PLO Chief, Yasir Arafat in the White House in 2000. Prof. Bhim Singh strongly appealed to the people of the United States of America and its political parties to rise to the occasion to stop US President from behaving the Hitler way.
