JAMMU: Police Hospital Jammu in its endeavor of conducting/organizing yoga camp/session every year, this year also yoga session was organized in the lawns of Police Hospital Jammu today on 21.06.2026 in the early morning hours from 06:00 am onwards. The said yoga session was attended by doctors, paramedical and other staff members of this hospital. Yoga exercises were carried out under the guidance of ASI (M) Sameet Kumar who is presently posted in Police Hospital Jammu.
All the participants were very happy to be part of this yoga session and asserted that they shall try to incorporate this yoga in their routine life to remain fit and healthy and contribute towards the overall welfare of the society and to serve the very purpose of this year’s theme of Yoga Day as “ Yoga for Healthy Ageing” chosen by Shri Prataprao Jadhav Hon’ble, Union Minister of State for Ayush (Independent Charge) Govt. of India.
Towards the conclusion of the yoga session, Medical Superintendent, Police Hospital Jammu under whose leadership the Yoga camp was organized, conveyed special thanks to all participants for showing their high response to be part of this session and get benefited by way of learning/practicing different yoga formations during the camp. This was the 5th such yoga session conducted by Police Hospital Jammu which is committed to conduct such yoga sessions in future as well with great passion and enthusiasm.
