BANDIPORA: Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Indu Kanwal Chib, on Tuesday chaired a meeting of the District Rent Assessment Committee (DRAC) at Mini Secretariat Bandipora. During the meeting, 15 rent assessment cases related to government offices functioning in rented buildings across the district were taken up. After detailed discussion, nine cases were approved and one case was sent for reassessment while five cases were not taken up as representatives were absent.
The Deputy Commissioner stressed the importance of timely disposal of such cases as per norms and directed the concerned departments to ensure proper documentation and adherence to guidelines.
The meeting was attended by PO ICDS; SE PWD Bandipora, CMO Bandipora, representatives from Handicrafts & Handloom, Fire & Emergency Service, Animal Husbandry Bandipora, Sheep Husbandry Bandipora and other concerned officers.
