RAMBAN: A comprehensive awareness and benefit saturation camp under the "Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Abhiyan" was convened today at Panchayat Ghar Shagan- a remote tribal area of Block Khari. The event witnessed active participation from key officials including CDPO Banihal Siddharth Dubey, Block Development Officer Khari Urfan Khan and other district and block-level officers.
Government Departments such as Health, AYUSH, Animal Husbandry, Revenue and Women & Child Development (ICDS) offered array of services to the tribal populace. They were acquainted with preventive healthcare, livestock health, financial aid, pensions, credit linked schemes of agriculture and allied sectors and critical schemes like Beti Bachao Beti Padhao.
Farmers received valuable guidance on soil health, organic farming, and modern agricultural methods from the Agriculture and Horticulture departments. The BDO briefed attendees on MGNREGA, rural development projects and self-employment opportunities.
