JAMMU:  At a press conference held at the Jammu Press Club, Anoop Pandey, the National General Secretary of the Hindu Sangharsh Samiti, announced the appointment of Vivek Gupta as the President of Hindu Sangharsh Samiti Jammu & Kashmir and Aditya Gupta as its Spokesperson.

He expressed deep concern over the long and unbroken chain of atrocities being committed against Hindus across the Indian subcontinent. He emphasized that incidents ranging from the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits in India to the ethnic genocide of Tamil Hindus in Sri Lanka, and the continued persecution of minority Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh, are not isolated events, but part of a structural genocide and cultural destruction process aimed at erasing Hindu identity.

The Hindu Sangharsh Samiti made it clear that any attack on Hindus anywhere in the world is an attack on India itself, because Hinduism is not confined within geographical boundaries but represents a civilizational identity that has continued for millennia.

He further said that Buddhist, Jain, and Sanatan (Hindu) traditions are rooted in the same source, and presenting them separately is historically and politically misleading.

Demand for Global Recognition:

Appealing to the Government of India and the international community, the Hindu Sangharsh Samiti demanded that the atrocities committed against Hindus in Kashmir, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka be officially declared as genocide and crimes against humanity.

According to the Samiti, this requires diplomatic intervention, international accountability, and recognition of historical injustices. The Samiti also reiterated that it will continue to raise the voices of persecuted Hindus at national and global platforms, and that this struggle will go on until the dignity and survival of Hindu civilization are secured.

Congratulating Vivek Gupta and Aditya Gupta, Anoop Pandey said that soon the organizational structure in Jammu & Kashmir will be strengthened, and the struggle for Hindu interests will be intensified.

He further said that those who tampered with the national emblem, the Ashoka Chakra, at Hazratbal are extremists and traitors, and the strictest possible action should be taken against them. The Hindu Sangharsh Samiti strongly condemns such people. In India, the Constitution drafted by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar will always remain supreme, because nothing is above the Constitution in this country.

He added that Rashtra Dharma (the duty towards the nation) is the true religion of every Indian, while individual methods of worship are a personal matter to which no one should object.
