REASI: Additional District Magistrate Reasi in exercise of powers vested under section 163 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 prohibited the transportation of bovine animals without seeking permission from the District Magistrate Reasi within the jurisdiction of District Reasi with immediate effect.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force for a period of two months. However, it shall not apply in case of transportation of bovine animals by the Government departments for departmental purposes. Any violation of this order shall invite punitive action under section 223 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
