DODA: District Development Commissioner Doda Harvinder Singh today chaired a meeting of the Building Operation Controlling Authority (BOCA) here in the mini meeting hall of the DC Office to discuss the applications seeking permission for construction of residential and commercial buildings.
A total of 35 cases were discussed including 25 seeking permission for residential and 10 for commercial buildings. Out of 25 residential cases, 14 were approved and others were rejected, deferred and reverted back for fresh No Objection Certificates. In commercial cases, 3 cases were approved, 6 reverted and one case was rejected. The meeting was also attended by the CEO Bhaderwah Development Authority, Divisional Forest Officer Bhaderwah, Tehsildar Bhaderwah and concerned officers and officials.
