ANANTNAG: Under the aegis of Mission YUVA, a comprehensive training program for Supervisors and Enumerators engaged in conducting the baseline survey was successfully organized in District Anantnag. The training sessions commenced on December 23 and 24, targeting Supervisors and Enumerators respectively, across five major block-level venues. Today, December 26, a practical demonstration of hands-on application usage was conducted to enhance the field readiness of the participants.
The Special Secretary to the Government, Skill Development Department J&K, Farooq Ahmad Dar, who also serves as the Nodal Officer for Mission YUVA in Districts Kulgam and Anantnag along with ADDC Anantnag Ab. Aziz Sheikh visited Dak Bunglow, Anantnag, to oversee the quality and effectiveness of the training program. During the training, 54 Supervisors and 1,437 Enumerators were equipped with essential skills through detailed PowerPoint presentations and hands-on sessions, ensuring their preparedness for the successful conduct of the baseline survey.
The training program has been pivotal in ensuring that all participants are well-versed in the tools and techniques required for data collection and analysis, aligning with Mission YUVA's objective of fostering entrepreneurship and addressing unemployment in Jammu and Kashmir. The visit of the Special Secretary reflects the Government's commitment to ensuring the highest standards in the implementation of Mission YUVA, a landmark initiative aimed at empowering the youth of the region.
