GANDERBAL: Department of Commerce, Central University of Kashmir (CUKashmir) organised an induction session for the fresh batch of students admitted to M. Com programme on Thursday.
Head, Deptt. of Commerce, Dr. Mehraj-Ud-Din Shah, highlighted the importance of the induction programme and gave an overview about the varsity, Commerce Department and other units of University, providing services to the students. He explained to the students the course curriculum and structure being transacted in the department.
He said the course structure is fully in sync with the provisions of NEP 2020 and embedded upon three core specializations namely, Finance, Accounting and Taxation and Entrepreneurship. Dr Shah spoke about the examination process besides the rules and regulations. The teaching and non-teaching staff attended the programme. The session concluded with vote of thanks by Dr. Asif Jeelani Khan.
