KISHTWAR: Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pawan Kotwal today conducted a comprehensive review meeting to assess the functioning of public grievances redressal mechanisms under JK Samadhan 2.0 and the CPGRAMS portal. The meeting focused on evaluating the efficiency, responsiveness, and quality of grievance disposal by various government departments across the district.

A detailed review of all pending cases was undertaken, with emphasis on ensuring timely and quality-driven resolution to enhance citizen satisfaction. During the meeting, the Additional Deputy Commissioner stressed that prompt and effective redressal of grievances is essential for strengthening public trust in governance, encouraging citizen participation, and promoting transparency and accountability in administration.

The Heads of Departments were directed to conduct consistent and structured reviews of grievances to ensure that no issue remains unresolved unnecessarily. It informed that out of a total of 1221 grievances received through JK Samadhan 2.0 and CPGRAMS portals, only 20 cases remain pending as of date, reflecting significant progress in grievance redressal efforts in the district.

The meeting was attended by ACD Manoj Kumar; ACP Neeraj Sharma; AD FCS&CA Shafqat Ali Keen; CEO Sanjay Dogra; CMO Dr. Yudhvir Singh Kotwal; Executive Engineer JPDCL besides other officers and concerned staff.
