JAMMU: Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Ramesh Kumar, who is also the Chairman of Jammu Smart City Limited, chaired a review meeting at JSCL at its office in Bahu Plaza. CEO JSCL, Dr Devansh Yadav, Director School Education, Joint Commissioner JMC, SSP Traffic Jammu, besides other senior officials from different departments and executive agencies were present.

During the meeting, the Divisional Commissioner was apprised on the physical and financial progress of the ongoing and completed projects under different initiatives of the Smart City project.

The Div Com also took appraisal of the ongoing works. He further asked for proper operations and maintenance of the projects that have been completed in the past.

He directed the concerned for timely trimming of trees for the proper usage of footpaths by pedestrians.  He also asked for ensuring thorough cleaning of drainage channels so that there is no water logging or blockage of water flow in the drainage system.
