NAGROTA: Brigadier PS Cheema, SM, VSM, GP CDR, Jammu Gp made a significant visit to the Training Academy Nagrota, where he interacted with cadets undergoing training at the Training and Selection Camp (Pre-TSC-III Camp). The visit of Gp Commander, Jammu Gp to the Pre-TSC-Camp underscored the importance of mentorship, leadership, and motivation in nurturing the potential of cadets. The Pre-TSC-III Camp, a rigorous training program, aims to develop character, discipline, and leadership qualities in future military leaders. He spent valuable time engaging with the cadets, learning about their training experiences. Col RS Jasrotia, SM and other officers of the Jammu Group Bns briefed the Group Commander on the process of selection and training of Cadets for the various TSC events and the way ahead for a podium finish performance. Brigadier Cheema took the opportunity to meet with the selected cadets for TSC events and firers who are preparing for the Competition. His encouragement and support are expected to inspire the participants to excel in the upcoming event.
