JAMMU: The Vice Chancellor Central University of Jammu, Prof. Sanjeev Jain today unveiled the university’s official New Year Calendar, Planner Diary, and Table Calendar for the year-2025. The launch ceremony was held in the Brigadier Rajinder Singh Auditorium in the presence of the committee members and senior faculty.
The meticulously designed calendar and planners reflect the essence of the university’s mission and vision while celebrating its achievements and milestones. The event was attended by the team responsible for conceptualizing and designing the materials alongside other dignitaries from the university.
In his address, HVC Prof. Sanjeev Jain, highlighted the importance of such initiatives in fostering a sense of unity and purpose among the university’s staff and students. “These planners and calendars serve as tools to organize, strategize, and achieve our goals while reminding us of our shared commitment to academic excellence and innovation. I commend the committee for their creative effort and dedication,” he stated.
The New Year Calendar features picturesque visuals of the vedic vision, Bharat knowledge system, Akhand Bharat, Ayurveda, Indian Astronomy, Art & Aesthetics, Temples etc. with their interesting facts, while the Planner Diary is tailored to meet the academic and administrative needs of faculty and staff. The Table Calendar, compact and visually appealing, adds a professional touch to the workspace.
The committee members expressed their gratitude for the Vice Chancellor’s support and shared insights about the creative process behind the initiative. Prof. Jain personally congratulated the team for their efforts and distributed copies of the calendar, planner diary, table calendar and dairy to the attendees.
