JAMMU: The last date for admission to IGNOU programmes for the ongoing January 2025 session is 31st January, 2025. The Regional Director Dr. Sandeep Gupta urged the prospective learners who intend to enroll themselves afresh and the already enrolled learners who are eligible to re-register themselves for next year or semester to avail the last day opportunity.
To enroll in the next year or semester, students need to fill and submit the re-registration January 2025 form within the submission deadline. Candidates who did not attempt the term-end examinations or did not submit their assignments can still apply for re-registration 2025 in order to save the backlog period and can then appear for previous as well as newly registered courses in next Term-End Examination after completion of the minimum study duration.
The already enrolled learners can apply for IGNOU re-registration 2025 by visiting the official website of the IGNOU www.ignou.ac.in. the direct link for which is https://onlinerr.ignou.ac.in/ which can be accessed under the drop-down menu option “Register Online” on IGNOU website.
Before filling the admission form online, a candidate needs to create a User ID and Password on the SAMARTH portal and be ready with a Mobile No., Email ID, properly scanned academic documents, photograph and Bank Debit /Credit/Net Banking for payment of fee. Applicants can access the IGNOU admission portal 2025 at www.ignou.ac.in or directly following the link https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
Before filling the re-registration form online, candidates must be ready with their User ID, Password, Registered Mobile Number, registered email address and Bank Debit /Credit/Net Banking for payment of fee. In case any student has forgotten his/her User ID/password or changed the registered mobile number, he/she must approach the Regional Centre or drop a mail on rcjammu@ignou.ac.in with the request to reset the password.
