BHADERWAH: The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bhaderwah, Sunil Kumar Bhutyal today chaired a meeting at his office chamber to review the functioning and development of the Tehsil Library. The meeting was attended by Executive Engineer PWD (R&B) AEE JPDCL, AE jal Shakti Sub Division, Librarians officers, Naib Tehsildar and concerned officials.
The ADC gave one week's deadline to the concerned authorities to complete the remaining works so that the library can start functioning. During the session, the ADC took stock of ongoing operations, infrastructure needs and steps required to enhance the library's services for the public, especially students and researchers. He emphasized the importance of promoting reading habits among youth and directed officers to ensure regular maintenance, availability of updated books and a conducive reading environment. The ADC also assured that necessary measures will be taken to strengthen the library's resources and outreach in the coming months.
