JAMMU: Additional Registrar Cooperative Societies (ARCS) Jammu Bal Krishan today conducted a maiden visit to Cooperative Higher Secondary School, Deeli and Jammu Cooperative Wholesale Limited (JCWL) Super Bazar, Jammu to assess their working. At Cooperative Higher Secondary School Deeli, the officer interacted with the students, teachers and staff members. He emphasized the importance of quality education and strong foundational learning, urging the staff to work with zeal and dedication to enhance the educational standards of the institution.
At JCWL Super Bazar, Jammu, the Additional Registrar inspected the records and sales performance of the institution, including status of the ongoing civil work. General Manager Tabina Sheikh briefed him on the revenue, sales figures and other financial metrics of the establishment. The Additional Registrar encouraged the employees to take proactive measures for improving the financial standing of the institution and exploring new avenues to boost sales.
Additional Registrar was accompanied by District Audit Officer (DAO), Meenakshi Jasrotia; Assistant Registrar HQ Atin Sharma; Assistant Registrar Counsel Akhilesh Sharma and Sr Auditor Cooperative Societies Shahaba Khanam. The visits served as an important exercise in reviewing the functioning, financial health of these key cooperative institutions in Jammu Division.
