REASI: Following the recent act of vandalism at a Shiv Temple in Darmari, under District Reasi, a delegation of BJP leaders led by J&K BJP Secretary and District Reasi Prabhari Arvind Gupta, along with District President Rohit Dubey, District Vice President, and District Bar Association President Advocate Pawan Dev Singh, visited the site. This visit was conducted under the directive of BJP State President Ravinder Raina and State General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul.
Expressing strong condemnation of the temple attack, the BJP leaders called upon the administration to swiftly apprehend and prosecute the perpetrators. During their visit, they engaged with local residents and held discussions with the Special Investigation Team (SIT) to gather pertinent information regarding the incident.
The delegation also issued a plea to the people of Reasi, urging calm and emphasizing the importance of maintaining peace and communal harmony in the region. They reassured the community that comprehensive measures, including the restoration of the vandalized temple, would be promptly undertaken. The visit underscored BJP's commitment to safeguarding religious sites and ensuring justice for affected communities in the face of such incidents.
