In loving memory of Dr. Priya Ranjan: A mentor who treated me like family

KISHTWAR: In order to comply with the interests of the government, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kishtwar, Rajesh Kumar Shavan held a meeting to review the demarcation and master plan of the Kishtwar Development Authority. The meeting was attended by CEO KDA Dr. Rishi Kumar Sharma, Additional Deputy Commissioner  Pawan Kotwal, CPO Shahnawaz Bali and officials of the Revenue Department.

The  DC issued directions for a systematic demarcation and mutation of land, as well as all KDA structures across the district. The ADC was directed to undertake a similar exercise for state-owned land and structures, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.

Emphasizing the importance of transparency and efficiency in land administration, DC urged the officers to maintain accurate records and take swift action on land-related matters.

The KDA was asked to start the process of preparation of maps of the infrastructure and get the details of the khasra numbers from the concerned Tehsildars. These measures aim to facilitate developmental projects while preventing unauthorized occupation of public land.
