Nandita Sharma Ph.D. ScholarKATRA: Ms. Nandita Sharma, Ph.D. Scholar at the School of Biotechnology, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra, under the guidance and supervision of Prof. Sharada M. Potukuchi, has successfully completed the SWAYAM (INI) course on “Biodiversity Conservation,” offered by Aligarh Muslim University (AMU).

The course was offered by Dr. Kaleem Ahmed and Dr. Ahmad Masood Khan and focused on important concepts and approaches related to biodiversity conservation. Ms. Nandita Sharma secured an impressive 90.6% in the certification examination and was awarded the prestigious Gold Badge for her excellent performance.

This achievement reflects her commitment to academic excellence, continuous learning, and professional development, and adds to her academic accomplishments in the field of biodiversity and conservation. She intends to pursue her research work on the same theme focusing on medicinal plants indigenous to Jammu & Kashmir.
