During the drive, sports kits were distributed by the officials of Sankalp Hub for Empowerment of Women, Shopian among the students of Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School Shopian, Govt. Girls High School Batapora Shopian, and Govt. High School Borihallan Payeen Shopian۔
The initiative aimed to promote sports culture among girl students and encourage their active participation in physical activities. The officials highlighted that the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign focuses not only on protecting and educating the girl child but also on empowering them by providing opportunities in different fields including sports and leadership.
