JAMMU: Arvind Gupta , MLA , Jammu West pays visit at Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha . Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha has started a free ( Langer/ Bandhara for Shri Amarnath Yatra pilgrims at its premises, Mahajan Hall , Shalamar Road , Jammu . The Langer Sewa was started on Tuesday , 01/07/2025 on the first day itself more than 1000 pilgrims had the benifit of free Langer Sewa and 780 pilgrims got themselves registered for the holy Shri Amarnath Yatra counter opened by the administration at Mahajan Bhawan , Shalamar Road , Jammu.
Shri Arvind Gupta , MLA Jammu West paid a visit at the Mahajan Sabha, Jammu and interacted with the organisers for the smooth functioning of the Langer Sewa . The MLA also interested with the pilgrims on the occasion and wished them sucessful Amarnath Yatra and learnt about the facilities bring provided to them by the government as well voluntary organizations, NGO's and many such organisations.
The visiting MLA appreciated the efforts of Mahajan Biradari for setting up the facilities and free Langer Sewa . While speaking on the occasion Romesh Chander Gupta , President of JCMS thanked the Hon'ble MLA , Shri Arvind Gupta. Shiv Partap Gupta ( Sr. Vice President ) thanked the dignaturies present on the occasion . Sanjay Mahajan ( General Secretary ) expressed his satisfaction on the arrangements and management of the Mahajan Sabha and the general public who are working tirelessly for ongoing arrangements for the yataris.
The Yatris who were chanting slogans of Baba Barfani with enthusiasm and religious fervour .The Yatris also appreciated the quality of food being served which was highly appreciated by the organisers . Kushant Prajapati , Rehari - Bakshi Nagar Mandal President also accompanied with Honorable MLA and was very much impressed with the Sabha's arrangements .Subash Gupta and Balbir Gupta the Langer Incharge thanked the pilgrims for their valuable comments and suggestions . The President of the Sabha once again thanked the esteemed contributors for their whole hearted contributions and financial support . He further requested that the Jammu people will keep this commitment till the conclusion of this annual pilgrimage.
