AWANTIPORA: The Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) today inaugurated the three-day “Breakthrough Workshop 2026” for faculty members at the Innovation Campus, IUST. Organised by the Centre for Mental Health and Wellness (CMHW), IUST, in collaboration with HELP Foundation, J&K, the workshop aims to strengthen leadership, resilience, self-confidence and personal effectiveness among faculty members.

The workshop, being held from September 1–3, 2026, brings together Deans, Heads of Departments and faculty members. Mr. Anand David, Founder, MANFORD, is conducting sessions on transformational leadership and achievement motivation through interactive exercises, group discussions and motivational activities. The workshop is part of IUST’s broader outreach and stakeholder engagement initiatives aimed at promoting well-being, leadership and capacity building.
