POONCH: Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Vikas Kundal reviewed several cases regarding Change of Land Use (CLU) in a meeting. During the meeting, the DC assessed the performance of the concerned departments in processing CLU cases.

A total of 10 cases were discussed, of which 1 case was approved by the committee, 6 cases were reverted, and 3 cases were rejected after extensive deliberation on compliance with policies.

Emphasizing the importance of timely NOC issuance, the DC instructed members to ensure thorough verification of documents. He reiterated the need for strict adherence to established guidelines and policies while processing CLU applications, aiming to streamline the approval process for future applications.
