DODA: Deputy Commissioner Doda, Harvinder Singh on Friday chaired a comprehensive review meeting here in the main Conference Hall to assess the progress of the development projects across the districtâs blocks and panchayats. The meeting was attended by District Officers, Block Development Officers (BDOs), and Junior Assistant Executive Engineers (JAEEs).
Reviewing key initiatives such as the construction of Community Compost Pits, Community Soakage Pits, Community Sanitary Complexes, and Individual Household Latrines, he asked for quality work and timeline completion of each project. The status of the districtâs plastic waste management system and Open Space Reservations (OSR) was also discussed in detail.
Further, the meeting evaluated the progress of ongoing works under Panchayati Raj Institution (PRI) Grants and other schemes. Officials were directed to address challenges promptly and enhance coordination to improve public amenities.
