RAJOURI: The District Administration Rajouri, under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma, on Wednesday organized a training program for staff deployed for the smooth and transparent conduct OMR based exam being held by Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) for selection of Constables.
The training program focused on various aspects, including examination management, invigilation duties and adherence to standard operating procedures. The staff was briefed on handling sensitive situations and ensuring the confidentiality of examination materials.
Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rajiv Khajuria presided over the training session which witnessed the participation of over 1,000 invigilators, 39 superintendents, 19 deputy superintendents, and 10 reserve superintendents.
Sumir Kotwal, member of the JKSSB was also present during the training. He emphasized the importance of adhering to the guidelines issued by the Service Selection Board to ensure fairness and transparency in the examination process. The ADC highlighted the critical role of officials in maintaining the integrity of the exams. He urged the participants to strictly follow the prescribed protocols and ensure a hassle-free examination experience for all candidates.
