DODA: A special awareness program on Road Safety and Swachhta Pakhwada was today organised at Bharat Stand as part of National Road Safety Month 2025 by Motor Vehicles Department (MVD) Doda.

The event was held under the direction of transport commissioner Vishesh Paul Mahajan and Deputy commissioner Doda Harvinder Singh and  under the supervision of ARTO Rajesh Gupta. A large number of students of Nehru Yuva Kendra were part of the awareness program aimed to educate drivers, conductors, and the general public about the importance of adhering to traffic rules for safe and responsible driving.

Participants were informed about ways to minimize road accidents through disciplined driving practices. The program also emphasized the significance of cleanliness and maintaining a hygienic environment in their surroundings. As a commitment to these values, attendees took a pledge to follow traffic rules diligently and contribute to a cleaner and safer community."
