JK MONITOR - Planned power shutdowns announced for Hafroo and Ajas areas on March 18, 19, and 22 for line maintenance and feeder improvement

SRINAGAR: According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, in order to carry out laying of conductor on 11 KV Long Pole of 33 KV NagamHafroo line, the shutdown of 33KV Nagam-Hafroo Tap line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Station at Hafroo shall remain off while power supply to Hafroo, Lolipora, Watkul, Darwan,Barwah,Nagam, Nowpora, Gogjipathri Shopora and adjoining areas will be affected from 09:30 AM to 05:00 PM on 18 March, 2025.

Similarly, to carry out stabilization/ improvement of the said feeder, the shutdown of 33KV Potushai Naidhal Tap line shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Station at Ajas shall remain off while power supply to the Ajas, SK Bala, Sadunara, Bazipora and adjoining areas will be affected from 10:00 AM to 04:00 on 19 & 22 March, 2025.
