SRINAGAR: The highly anticipated *9th JK UT Pencak Silat Championship 2024* officially kicked off today at the historic Polo Ground in Srinagar. The event saw an inspiring inauguration ceremony, graced by *Ms. Nuzhat Gul, Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council, who attended as the **Chief Guest*.

The event was also attended by *Mr. Mohd Iqbal, Manager of Gindun Stadium, and **Mr. Hilal Ahmad, Manager of Polo Ground Srinagar, both serving as **Guests of Honour*. Their presence highlighted the growing prominence of martial arts and sports activities in the region.
