JAMMU: Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, senior BJP leader, former minister, and MLA from Ramgarh, has been appointed as the North Zone Prashikshan Pramukh for the Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhayay Prashikshan Maha Abhiyan–2026, a major organizational training initiative aimed at strengthening ideological, organizational, and leadership capacities across the country.
The appointment of Dr. Manyal reflects the confidence reposed in his vast political experience, organizational acumen, and unwavering commitment to the principles of Integral Humanism as envisioned by Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhayay. The Prashikshan Maha Abhiyan–2026 is a structured and disciplined programme designed to provide ideological clarity, leadership development, and grassroots empowerment to party workers and functionaries.
As part of his new responsibility, Dr. Manyal will oversee training and capacity-building activities across a vast and strategically important North Zone, comprising four states and four Union Territories. The states include Rajasthan, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Punjab, while the Union Territories under his charge are Delhi, Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Ladakh. This diverse region presents unique social, cultural, and administrative challenges, making the role both significant and demanding.
Senior BJP leaders from Jammu Kashmir extended warm congratulations to Dr. Manyal on being entrusted with this important responsibility.
