Through a group insurance plan offering annual medical benefits worth INR 5 lacs per family, the initiative covers services such as cashless hospitalization, daycare procedures, reimbursement facilities, coverage for pre-existing diseases, fastest claim processing through TPA, OPD support, accessible across a wide network of hospitals. The company is investing approximately INR 74 lacs in this initiative, underlining its people-first philosophy and recognition of healthcare as a core pillar of employee security and satisfaction.
