UDHAMPUR: The District-level toilet day campaign themed ‘Hamara Shauchalaya, Hamara Bhavishya’ concluded today at Kallar-Udhampur. The programme was organized by the Office of the Assistant Commissioner Panchayat.
At the event, Block Development Officer Narsoo, Block Development Officer Udhampur and Block Development Officer Ghordi were felicitated for exemplary management of community sanitary complexes. PPE kits and T-shirts were also distributed among the sanitation workers in recognition of their dedicated services.
The toilet day campaign is being conducted from 19th November to 10th December 2025, spreading awareness on the maintenance, operation and cleanliness of CSCs and public toilets. The ACP urged the participants to ensure regular cleaning of toilets to promote a healthy and hygienic environment in the community.
