REASI: Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Reasi today chaired a review meeting to evaluate progress of activities being implemented under the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) and Jammu & Kashmir Community Irrigation Project (JKCIP) and the functioning of Kisan Khidmat Ghars (KKGs) in the district.
The ADDC reviewed the status of farmer registration at various KKG levels and stressed the need to improve the conversion rate of L1-L2-L3 level KKG farms. Officers concerned were directed to ensure effective monitoring and timely implementation of all approved projects.
The ADDC directed completion of Kisan Sathi output tracking for all established units, timely completion of mandatory courses by beneficiaries on Daksh Kisan, expeditious establishment and operationalisation of units sanctioned under JKCIP and regular monitoring and follow-up of approved cases to achieve desired outcomes under HADP and JKCIP. The ADDC also directed completion of PM-Kisan verifications.
Among those present were Assistant Commissioner Development Reasi, Chief Agriculture Officer Reasi, SDAO Reasi and Dharmari along with field staff and officers of allied departments.
