POONCH: The District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Poonch on Friday organized an intensive training program focusing on the Development of Teacher Resources for Classroom Transactions of Learning Outcomes at the Middle Level.  The program was conducted under the guidance of the Principal Anjali Gupta and on the directives of SCERT Jammu.

The training, coordinated by Muzaffar Hussain, brought together distinguished resource persons, including Haroon Rashid Rathore (Senior Lecturer), Darshan Kumar, Tariq Chugtai, and Mohd Ajaz, who guided participants on the effective creation and use of teaching materials.

This initiative aimed to empower teachers from 11 zones in the district to design and implement innovative resources such as e-content, worksheets, posters, and teaching-learning materials (TLM). These resources are expected to enhance classroom transactions, making the learning process more dynamic and outcome-oriented for middle-level students.

Principal Anjali Gupta highlighted the significance of the program, stating, “The ability to develop relevant teaching resources is crucial for educators to meet learning outcomes effectively. This training has provided teachers with tools and strategies to foster engaging and impactful classroom environments.”

The participating teachers actively collaborated during the sessions, producing a variety of resources aligned with the curriculum and tailored to meet student needs. The program also emphasized the importance of integrating technology into traditional teaching methods to improve learning experiences.
