- Also takes stock of progress of Credit Linked Schemes of Agriculture, allied sectors
GANDERBAL: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore today convened a meeting of Officers from Agriculture and allied sectors, here to review the progress of registration of farmers on various portals and progress under Holistic Agriculture Development Program (HADP). At the outset, the DC sought details about the registration of eligible farmers on Daksh Kisan Portal, KKG and Kisan Sathi portal.
Each department presented a comprehensive overview of their achievements and progress under Credit Linked Schemes and registration of farmers under HADP. The DC directed departmental officers to augment registration of farmers and set the target of registrations on the Daksh Kisan Portal and Kisan Sathi Portal. He also assessed the implementation of the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) in the district. Kishore urged all officers to intensify efforts to reach out to farmers, ensuring maximum participation in HADP initiatives and utilizing available resources to their full potential.
Furthermore, streamlining Credit Linkage schemes implementation was also emphasized so that a commitment to optimizing its advantages for sustainable agricultural growth is achieved. The meeting was attended by Chief Planning Officer, Chief Agriculture Officer, Chief Horticulture Officer, Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, District Sheep Husbandry Officer, District Officer Sericulture, AD Fisheries, and other concerned officials.
