JAMMU: Deputy Chief Minister, Surinder Choudhary, today hosted an Iftar party, extending warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of holy month of Ramadan. The event, held in Jammu, brought together community leaders, dignitaries and residents in a spirit of unity and harmony.
While interacting with the invitees, the Deputy Chief Minister emphasized the importance of Ramadan as a time for reflection, compassion and togetherness. “This Iftar gathering is a celebration of our shared values and the rich diversity of Jammu and Kashmir. I hope this occasion further strengthens the bonds of peace and prosperity across our region,” he remarked. The Iftar party was attended by Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, Former Chief Minister, Farooq Abdullah, MLAs, Former Legislators and senior officers.
