Billawaria engages with residents of ward 45 Digiana, promises new development initiatives

JAMMU: Continuing the public relations campaign, former Deputy Mayor Jammu & senior BJP leader Baldev Singh Billawaria visited Ward 45 Digiana area and listened to the problems & demands of the residents. During the visit, people expressed their gratitude for the development work done by Billawaria in the past and requested him to get some new development works.

Speaking on the occasion, Billawaria assured the people that every effort will be made to complete the left development work in the ward. He said that an amount of about 83 lakhs has been sanctioned especially for this ward and the development work will be started soon. He said that in these development work, the construction work of the lane and drain along with the installation of iron grating on the drains will be done in the digiana area. 

Billawaria further said that earlier in the name of development only drums and name plates were seen on the walls but the development has been started by the Modi Government from the ground level. He said that in the past the general public was exploited by the Congress in the name of development while no development was done on ground. He said that every worker of the BJP party is connected to the public and the development works that need immediate attention are resolved on a priority basis so that the problems of the public can be solved. Billawaria also said that the way of working of the leaders and workers of the Bharatiya Janata Party is different from other parties. The workers are not only seen by the people during elections but also participate in the happiness and sorrows of the people, he added.

Billawaria said that the workers of the BJP party are ready for the assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir and just as the BJP has won both the seats of the Jammu division for the third time in the Lok Sabha elections, in the same way, in the upcoming assembly elections the BJP party will form its government by winning maximum seats not only in Jammu but also in Kashmir. He further said that the way the public support is being received in RS Pura-Jammu South Assembly constituency, he is confident that BJP's victory will be ensured from this assembly. Mandal President Ranjit Singh, Satpal ChOudhary, Ajay Pratap Singh, Vijay Dogra, Vinod Kumar, Naresh Chopra, Shakuntala Devi, Bachan Lal, Kashmira Singh, Om Nath and other dignitaries were present.
