JAMMU: The Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Jammu under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, organised an orientation programme-cum-worshop here today for the newly-empanelled artists. The main objective of the workshop was to orientate the newly- registered troupes. The programme, presided over by Director, CBC, J&K/Leh Sh. Ghulam Abbas, was organised in the Media Centre Building housing the CBC and PIB. A large number of artists, including singers, dancers, actors, attended the workshop.
Among others, the orientation programme was also attended by all the officers and staff of both CBC and PIB. Sh. Anil Tikoo, Assistant Culture Officer, Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL) attended the workshop as an expert. Sh. Rajesh Sharma, incharge, CBC, Kathua also spoke on the occasion. Sh Ramal hosted the show.
