NAGROTA: The Civil Defence Wing of the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) in Jammu led byChief Warden Civil Defence, Mr. Ram Dagal& Mr. R Vijay Magorta Deputy Chief Wardenalongwith five Staff members organized a remarkable Lecture cum Demo event aimed at equipping 500 National Cadet Corps (NCC) Cadets with life-saving skills and improvisation techniques.
During the engaging session, the cadets were introduced to a wide range of life-saving techniques, including first aid, disaster management, and improvisation in critical situations. They learned how to respond effectively in emergencies, providing critical assistance when it matters most.
The highlight of the event was the hands-on demonstration of various rescue and improvisation techniques, showcasing the practical application of the skills learned during the lecture.
This event not only strengthens the bond between the Civil Defence Wing and the NCC but also empowers the youth to be proactive agents of change in their communities. The knowledge gained during this Lecture cum Demo will undoubtedly have a lasting impact on the lives of these 500 cadets.
