SRINAGAR: Director Youth Services & Sports J&K Subash C Chibber after unfurling National Flag at Sports Complex Wazir here gave 'Rashtriya Salute' to the National Flag. He later on addressed to the officers and officials of the Department. The Colourful Programme was also attended by Soldiers of 117 Battalion F and 14 Battalion SSB.
Director YSS in his speech said that we all should be committed towards our duties and roles in order to see our country progress and flourishing. While stressing upon the field staff of the Department to put-in all the possible efforts in inculcating the best teachings of life to the student players and youth in general while training them for different games and sports, Director YSS said ââThe contribution of the youth in social development is of great importance.
The youth have always been at the forefront of social change and development. They have always been at the vanguard of movements for democracy, human rights, and social justiceââ. District Youth Services and Sports Officer Srinagar Ghulam Hassan Lone ZPEOS, PELs, PEMs, PETs, REKs, NYCs and other members of the field staff were present in the programme which was organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports J&K.
