JAMMU: Narayana Schools marked a significant milestone in its educational journey by hosting its first-ever TEDxNarayana S Youth event at its MG Road Branch in Gurugram, reaffirming its commitment to nurturing independent thinkers and future-ready leaders. Curated around the compelling theme “The Shift Starts Here,” the event celebrated the power of ideas driven by young minds and visionary thinkers.
The TEDx event brought together an inspiring mix of four student speakers, selected from a competitive pool of over 40 participants, and six distinguished guest speakers representing diverse professional backgrounds. With an audience of nearly 100 attendees, including students, educators, and invited guests, the event transformed into a vibrant forum for dialogue, reflection, and innovation.
The talks explored a wide range of contemporary and thought-provoking themes, reflecting the awareness, creativity, and social consciousness of today’s youth. Topics included Trapped in the Feed, Turning Errors into Answers, The Life Skill School Forgets to Teach, Your Accent Is Your Superpower, Digital Waste, Biomimicry in the Future, and How AI Can Help Amplify Curiosity and Outcomes, among others. Each presentation resonated deeply with the audience, addressing real-world challenges related to technology, identity, sustainability, creativity, and emotional well-being—core pillars of the TEDx philosophy.
Speaking on the occasion, Sharani Ponguru, Director, Narayana Educational Institutions, highlighted the importance of such platforms in shaping confident communicators and thoughtful leaders.
