JAMMU: As part of the ongoing Swachhata Utsav-2025 under the patronage of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. Sanjeev Jain, the Central University of Jammu witnessed an inspiring display of collective responsibility today. NSS student volunteers led a spirited awareness drive and rally across the campus, carrying placards with the message “Swachhata – Our Duty & Our Pride.”
The enthusiasm of the students resonated in classrooms, corridors, and open spaces, spreading the message of cleanliness and civic responsibility. The rally was coordinated by NSS Coordinator, Dr. Sujata.
This was not merely a symbolic rally but a hands-on mission. Students actively joined hands with the dedicated Safai Mitras, contributing to the university’s Cleanliness Target Unit (CTU) initiative. The efforts were further guided by Prof. Richa and Dr. Vinay, who played a pivotal role in ensuring visible progress on campus.
The participation of faculty, staff, and students together underlined the message that a clean and green environment is not just a necessity but a shared pride of the CU Jammu community.
