JAMMU: Director Health Services Jammu Dr. Abdul Hamid Zargar undertook an official inspection of Community Health Centre (CHC) Batote in District Ramban, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen healthcare delivery across the region.
During the visit, the Director carried out a comprehensive review of the healthcare infrastructure and critically assessed the functioning of various units within the institution. He also held detailed interactions with medical and paramedical staff to evaluate service delivery mechanisms, patient care standards, and operational efficiency.
Dr. Zargar emphasized the need for maintaining excellence in healthcare services and directed the concerned authorities to ensure optimal utilization of available resources. He assured that all necessary interventions and support from the Directorate will be extended to further augment healthcare facilities and address existing gaps for the benefit of the local population of District Ramban.
The visit reflects the steadfast commitment of the Health Department towards strengthening public health institutions, enhancing medical infrastructure, and ensuring accessible, equitable and quality healthcare services, particularly in remote and underserved areas.
