Ashok Koul reviews BJP structure in Kishtwar, stresses cadre training and outreach

KISHTWAR: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu & Kashmir General Secretary (Organization), Ashok Koul, chaired an organizational meeting of the District Kishtwar at the party office, Kishtwar. The meeting was attended by District President Ravi Kumar Parihar, MLA Kishtwar Shagun Parihar, along with senior party leaders and office bearers.

The meeting focused on reviewing the ongoing party programmes and chalking out a comprehensive strategy for the effective implementation of forthcoming organizational activities across the district. Detailed discussions were held on strengthening the party structure at the booth and Mandal levels, ensuring better coordination among party activists, and enhancing outreach among the masses.

Addressing the meeting, Ashok Koul stressed the importance of a strengthened and well-structured organization as the backbone of the party’s success. He highlighted that the BJP is continuously working to expand its base through systematic organizational efforts and people-centric programmes. He laid special emphasis on the ongoing Prashikshan Workshops being conducted at various levels under the party’s training programme. He stated that these workshops are aimed at creating ideologically strong, well-informed, and capable party activists who can effectively communicate the party’s vision and policies at the grassroots level.

Koul further remarked that an empowered and trained activist is the biggest strength of the BJP. He said that the party’s focus is not only on expanding the organization but also on strengthening the quality and efficiency of party cadre. A well informed and empowered activist can act as a bridge between the party and the people, ensuring that government schemes and party programmes reach every household, he added.

Ravi Kumar Parihar assured that the district unit is fully committed to implementing the directions given by the leadership. He emphasized that special efforts are being made to ensure maximum participation in the training workshops and to energize party workers at every level.

Shagun Parihar highlighted the importance of strong coordination between elected representatives and organizational leaders. She said that a well-structured organization at the grassroots level is essential for addressing public issues effectively and strengthening the party’s connect with the people.
