• Says NC continues to represent true aspirations of J&K youth under CM Omar regime

JAMMU: Tejinder Pal Singh, Provincial President of the National Youth Conference (NYC), today launched a scathing attack on BJP MLA R.S. Pathania for his alleged disrespectful remarks against the Indian Air Force. He said such statements are not only irresponsible but deeply insulting to the sacrifices and valour of our armed forces. 

Speaking at a joining programme held at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhawan, organized by Sahil Kerni, District President Jammu Urban YNC, Tejinder Pal Singh said, “The Indian Air Force has always stood as the first line of defence, and such derogatory comments reflect the mindset of those who fail to understand the commitment and courage of our brave soldiers.”

The programme witnessed the joining of several enthusiastic youth into the party fold. Singh welcomed the new entrants and reiterated YNC’s commitment to nation-building and empowering the youth.

He praised the Indian armed forces for giving a befitting reply to Pakistan by targeting and destroying terrorist infrastructure under the recently executed Operation Sindoor, calling it a clear message to enemies of peace and stability. On the occasion, Tejinder announced appointments of Gaurav Bhagat as District Media Incharge, while Sourav was appointed as the new Block President YNC, Jammu West.                                                                                        

Welcoming the youth into the party, Tejinder Pal Singh said, “The youth of J&K are politically aware and aspirational. Their decision to join YNC reflects growing trust in our vision and leadership.”

He added that under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, the National Conference continues to represent the true aspirations of the people, particularly the younger generation. “Omar Sahib’s commitment to inclusive development, peace, and justice has made him a beacon of hope for the youth of J&K,” Singh remarked.

Among those who joined the party fold included: Anish Kumar, Ajju Langeh, Ritik Langeh, Sunil Kumar, Rishi Sahney, Naresh Kumar, Ayush Sharma. The event concluded with slogans of unity and determination, echoing the party's resolve to fight for the dignity of J&K and strengthen the voice of its youth.

Among those were present in the meeting included:- Vishal Parihar Vice President Jammu Province YNC,  Rajat Isher, Rajeshwar Singh, Majid Iqbal Naik, Yasir Ashan, Abhimanyu, Viraj, Tanshu Mahajan and others.
