Your life is the most precious gift God has endowed you with. Wasting it on futile chores is ultimately the disrespect of that almighty. The days of our life went more on contemplating rather than being at the moment. Life should be lived in such a way that almighty from the universe should feel proud on you. The hands which have created you know very well to manage you when you are on the verge of falling.
The time spend being present at the moment is the most qualitative one. But how many of us actually do that? Well, I think the most encapsulating reason behind this thought is that we waste our time and energy on others, always try to keep others happy, updated and cheerful. Some of us are busy finding love, some are busy managing it but most lucky are the ones investing it on themselves.
It is the need of an hour to realize that time is passing by; so does us. Important is to realize that no one will come to elevate you when you will degrade. It is only YOU who will be there, for crying and screeching with you at that point of time. Then, why to infuse your subconscious on others.
Each and everything we are surrounded with, is very much sorted and simple, unless and until we make it complex for our own self. In our life journey, we are busy making good grades, cracking that exam, finding that life partner, making money, competing with the people all around in society, but where is that satisfaction which we constantly crave for, in each and every step of this journey.
Actually, we are always told that the next step will be end of the journey but that final step is only the ultimate truth of our life that is death, as we all are well aware about. And that is totally acceptable to each one of us, but what truly matters is the satisfaction and the calmness which we deserve in our journey. Also, that satisfaction is our individual responsibility only. We should invest our mind, energy and time on our own selves.
According to a survey done, it was found that a four year child laughs 300 times per day but an adult does it only 15 times per day. How shocking is this, isn’t? The people around us, the work we are surrounded with and other daily stuffs have encapsulated us in this way that; as we grow, we forget to laugh.
Comedian Steve Martin reportedly laughs for five minutes in front of the mirror every morning to get his creative juices flowing and to start his day on a high note[ try it- it works] Try to live your life for your own self rather than always pleasing others. Learn to enjoy life to the fullest without worrying about the time. Spend a day without your watch, being fully unaware about the problems of this outlying world. Do the things which truly makes you the “YOU’’
