Cases of depression among farmers and rural communities are particularly concerning due to isolation and limited access to mental health services.

Depression thrives in silence, but it doesn’t have to. By fostering open conversations, promoting mental health awareness, and ensuring access to care, we can confront this silent killer and save lives.
